On December 8, 2013, Metallica played a show in Antarctica called "Freeze 'Em All"; thus becoming the first band ever to play on all seven continents. The performance was filmed and released as a live album the same month. On January 2014 Metallica performed "One" at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards with Chinese pianist Lang Lang.
