Cream's Farewell Concert is a well known film made in the late '60s covering the band's final gig at The Royal Albert Hall london in November of 1968. As a piece of history it can't be faulted, and Cream turn in a powerful performance.
Filmed in colour the live footage is cut with interviews with Clapton, Bruce and Baker and the intelligent questions reveal interesting aspects of the band members on stage and off stage persona.
Farewell Concert is the live recording of the Cream's final concert at the Royal Albert Hall on November 26th in 1968. Aside from the band's reunion concert in 2005, it is Cream's only official full concert release on video. It was originally broadcast by the BBC on January 5, 1969. It was not released on video in the US until 1977.

Cream the top rock bands were a 1960s British rock band comprising guitarist Eric Clapton, bassist Jack Bruce and drummer Ginger Baker. They were celebrated as the first great power trio and supergroup of rock. Their sound was characterised by a hybrid of blues, pop and psychedelic rock.Cream combined Clapton's blues guitar playing with the powerful voice and intense basslines of Jack Bruce and the jazz-influenced drumming of Ginger Baker.
